CHOCOLATE GRAVEYARD (gluten free)

I’m sorry, I know the blog has been a little bit abandoned lately but I’m so busy.
But I really love Halloween and I don’t sacrifice it, so I prepared this delicious and “spooky” pudding.

You can use short glass containers or little glasses, that are so cute.

I hope you like it!

Ingredients (6 servings):

500 ml of milk
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
50 g of chopped dark chocolate (1.8 oz.)

8 ground chocolate sandwich cookies (if you’re doing a gluten free recipe remember to use gluten free cookies)

Meringue ghosts and graves (to make the graves just follow the same procedure as for the ghosts but use gray coloring)

Boil 400 ml of milk with the chocolate for 10 minutes.
Mix the remaining milk with the cornstarch.
Beat the yolks with the sugar.
Add the milk with the cornstarch and stir.
Add the yolks with the sugar and put it 10 minutes over a low heat and keep stirring.
When it gets thick enough, pour it in the chosen containers.

Let it cool down and distribute the cookies.

Put the meringue graves and ghosts.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
