CHOCOLATE AND MARSHMALLOWS COOKIE CAKE

Today I bring you a new version of the cookie cake.


This time with chocolate and marshmallows.


With these cookie cakes success is assured, everyone loves them! 


Here you have three versions I prepared for an order.


Ingredients:
250 g of dark chocolate (8.8 oz.)
100 g butter (3.5 oz.)
100 g brown sugar (3.5 oz.)
100 g white sugar (3.5 oz.)
1 egg L
220 g flour (7,8 oz.)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt
100 g chocolate chips (3.5 oz.)
½ cup of small marshmallows

Preheat the oven at 180ºC (356ºF).
Mix the flour, the salt and the baking powder.
Melt the chocolate
Beat the butter with both types of sugar, and when it’s creamy add the egg and beat again.
Add the dry ingredients.
Aggregate the melted chocolate. 
Finally add 80 g (2.8 oz.) of the chips and half of the marshmallows and mix.
Put the dough in a mold previously greased and put the rest of the chips on the top.


Bake them for about 30-35 minutes. (The inside must be melted and the outside crunchy)

When it’s almost done, put the remaining marshmallows and bake for 5 more minutes.



Take it out from the oven and let it cool on a racket.
