VANILLA COOKIE CAKE

So Halloween is gone.

I hope you all had a good time and prepared some Halloween treats.

I dressed up as a voodoo queen and my boyfriend as a voodoo doll, I carved a pumpkin, I scared the children trick or treating…

Even Amy enjoy Halloween (and she tried to eat her bow hehehe)

So after this season I bring this cookie cake.

It’s incredible!

Everyone who tries it become addicted and the best part is that is sooo easy!

Ingredients:
100 g butter (3.5 oz.)
100 g brown sugar (3.5 oz.)
100 g white sugar (3.5 oz.)
1 egg L
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
220 g flour (7,8 oz.)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt
100 g dark or milk chocolate chips (3.5 oz.)
100 g m&ms (3.5 oz.)

Mix the flour, the salt and the baking powder.

Beat the butter with both types of sugar, and when it’s creamy add the egg and vanilla extract and beat again.

Add the dry ingredients.

Finally add the chips, the m&ms and mix.

Preheat the oven at 180ºC (356ºF).

Put the dough in a mold previously greased.

Add some chips and m&ms.

Bake it for about 35 minutes, take it out from the oven and let it cool on a racket. (The inside must be melted and the outside crunchy)

Make it and you’ll see how it disappears!
