VEGAN CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

Today I have a really addictive recipe.


It has and intense chocolate taste and a delicious banana touch, plus is vegan!
Try it now, before it’s too hot to turn on the oven.



Ingredients:
3 over ripped bananas
70 g of brown sugar (2.5 oz.)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
100 ml of sunflower oil
½ teaspoon of white vinegar
170 g of flour (6 oz.)
60 g of pure cocoa powder (2 oz.)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of salt
A handful of chocolate chips

Preheat the oven at 170ºC (340ºF).
Blend the bananas.
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt) and sift them.
Mix the banana with the sugar, the oil, the vanilla and the vinegar.
When it’s homogeneous, add the dry ingredients.
Add the chocolate chips.
Put the butter in the mold (previously greased) and add some more chips on the top.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until a tooth stick come out clean.
Let it cool down on a rack and enjoy your chocolate banana bread.
