FOCACCIA WITH CHERRY TOMATOES AND WITH BLACK OLIVES

Today I have for you this easy and delicious recipe.
You can serve it as a starter or sharing, or with ham, cheese…


Ingredients:
350 g strong flour (12.3 oz.)
6 g of dry yield (0.2 oz.)
200 ml of warm water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt

Olive oil and coarse salt
Cherry tomatoes
Black olives
Oregano
Thyme


Sift the flour and the yield.
Add the 3 tablespoons of olive and mix.
Add the water little by little, so it absorbs.
Finally add the salt.

I knead with the KitchenAid® hook, but you can do it by hand.

Make a ball, place it in a bowl, cover it with a wet towel and let it rest for 3 hours.



After 3 hours, divide the dough in two and extend with 1 cm of thickness.



Cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 200ºC (392ºF).

Make some holes with the finger. Put on one of them the tomatoes and the thyme; and on the other one the olives and the oregano.



Pour a bit of oil and the coarse salt, and bake for 20 minutes.



You can cut it before serving it.
