They’re like pancakes commonly served with crème fraîche, caviar and smoked fish.
I made it for dinner and they ate one after another!
Ingredients:
130 g all-purpose flour (4.6 oz.)
40 g white sugar (1.4 oz.)
3 teaspoons baking powder
185 ml milk
1 egg
35 g of butter at room temperature (1.2 oz.)
Butter/ margarine for the pan
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, suitable for the blender and blend them.

Let it rest for 10 minutes in the fridge.
Spread the butter/margarine on the pan and cook over medium-high heat.
