THREE CHOCOLATE CAKE

For my daddy’s birthday I decided to make this fantastic cake. Is really simple and typical, but I made some modifications, like adding chocolate to the base. 




It's very easy, perfect for chocolate addicts and needs no bake!
It’s important to use quality chocolate, the better the chocolate is, the better result you’ll get. 


Ingredients (22 cm mold/8.7 inches):


Base:
200 g digestive cookies (7 oz.)
60 g butter (2 oz.)
100 g dark chocolate (4.5 oz.)

White chocolate filling:
150 g white chocolate (5.3 oz.)
200 ml cream
200 ml milk
1 packet curd (12 g/0.4 oz.)

Milk chocolate filling: 150 g milk chocolate (5.3 oz.)
200 ml cream
200 ml milk
1 packet curd (12 g/0.4 oz.)

Dark chocolate filling: 150 g dark chocolate (5.3 oz.)
200 ml cream
200 ml milk
1 packet curd (12 g/0.4 oz.



Start preparing the base; grind the cookies as fine as possible.

Melt the butter with the chocolate and mix with the cookies.

Put the mix in the mold and smash.

Refrigerate until it is solidified.

Now prepare white chocolate filling.

Warm the milk and dissolve the curd.

Now putt he milk, the cream and the chocolate in a pot and heat it up, without boiling for about 7 minutes. Don’t forget to stir it.

Pour the mix in thee mold and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Repeat the process with the other layers. 


When it’s done, refrigerate for 3 or 4 hours before eating it.
