Butter
385 g pear not very ripen (3 small pears)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Peel the pears and chop them.
Slow cook them with the butter on a non-stick pan. Quickly add the lemon juice so it won’t oxidize, next, add the vanilla.
When the pears get soft add the sugar and stir.
Turn the fire on and stir occasionally.
They will be ready when the syrups turns caramel color.
