SUPERFOOD CHOCOLATE BAR (gluten free)

I love dark chocolate and I like to try new ways of take superfoods.



Superfoods are those foods that, because of their properties, have benefits for our health.

So, when I saw Chocolate Covered Katie‘s I knew I had to try it.

I made some little changes and it came out great.




It’s perfect for this season as there’s some sweet treat at every home for Christmas and it’s so easy to make.

Ingredients:
280 g (8 oz.) of chopped dark chocolate
2 tablespoon of cacao nibs
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of finely chopped pistachios




First, tempered the chocolate.
Mix the cocoa nibs, the chia seeds and the pistachios with the chocolate.
Pour the mixture in a chocolate mold.

Put in the fridge until it solidifies.

Take out from the mold and enjoy!
