GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL (gluten free)

I’ve wanted to try a smoothie bowl for a long time and finally I decided to prepare one.



I know, it’s pretty lame, but it was the first one. I’ll improve it, and soon I’ll share more with you.

It’s a fantastic option for breakfast or for an afternoon snack, it’s healthy, you can add almost anything you have, it’s gluten free, lactose free, vegan… Anyone has excuses!




Ingredients (2 servings):
1 peeled and chopped orange
¼ of chopped apple
½ cup of peeled and chopped pineapple
A handful of kale leaves
¼ cup of milk (I use almond or coconut)
1 tablespoon of yoghurt (I used soy yoghurt)
Toppings: frozen berries, puffed rice, roasted hazelnuts and oat flakes.

Put all the ingridients in the blender and blend until you get the proper consistency (remember you are going to eat it with spoon)

Place it in two bowls and add the toppings.




Now enjoy with no guilt!
