QUICK BROWNIES (gluten free)

How’s your week going? Well, it will surely get better with these brownies.


You’ll have them ready in less than half an hour!



Ingredients:
240 g dark chocolate (8.5 oz.)
150 g butter at room temperature (5.2 oz.)
4 eggs 
150 g of sugar (I used coconut sugar) (5.2 oz.)
125 g of almond meal (4.4 oz.)

Preheat the oven at 175ºC (350ºF).

Melt the chocolate with the butter.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
Add the melted chocolate and butter.
Dust the almond meal and mix. 

Put the batter in a squared mold (20cmx20cm/5.4inx5.4in) with a baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes (the inside mustn’t be overcooked, note that once you’ve remove it from the oven it will still get baked for a few more minutes).
