“POISONED” EGGS (gluten free)

Today I have a last minute recipe for Halloween.


It’s quick, it’s easy, it’s fun and everyone will like it for sure.



I also wanted to share some pictures of this year’s cosplay.




Happy Halloween!

Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
Half of a ripe avocado
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Vinegar
Black sesame seed
Black and green edible coloring

Remove the shells of the eggs and cut them in halves.
Take out the yolks and reserve.
Wash the whites to eliminate any yolk remains.
Fill a bowl with water, the vinegar and black coloring.
Immerse the egg whites in the water and leave it 30 minutes.
Take out the whites, dry them absorbent paper and refrigerate.
Prepare the filling mixing the yolks, the avocado, the cheese, the salt and the pepper using a fork.
Put the filling in a piping bag and fill the egg whites.
Add the sesame seed to decorate.
