Ingredients:
130 g all-purpose flour
50 g white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
250 ml milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
Pinch salt
Butter/ margarine for the pan
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, suitable for the blender and blend them.
Let it rest for 10 minutes in the fridge.
Spread the butter/margarine on the pan and cook over medium-high heat. You can use an ice-cream butter to pour the same amount of dough.
Finally, serve them with the ingredients you like, I made the with chocolate and strawberries.
