OREO BROWNIE

Today’s recipe is quick, easy and delicious. I was thinking about making my usual brownie, taken for a little book of chocolate recipe from Larousse that I love, when I though: why not adding something even more hypercaloric? Because, holidays are over, we’ve eaten so much and we can’t detox all at once.
So I took the Oreo I had, ground them and add them to the dough.

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:
100 g butter (0,22 lb)
120 g dark chocolate(0,26 lb)
2 eggs
80 g sugar (0,17 lb)
60 g flour (0,13 lb)
8 ground oreo cookies + 4 in pieces to decorate

Preheat oven at 180ºC (356º) and cover the mold with baking sheet.

Melt the chocolate and the butter (bain-marie or in the microwave very carefully)

Beat the eggs with the sugar until it gets foamy.

Add the chocolate and butter mixture.

Add the flour little by little and finally the ground cookies.

Pour the dough in the mold and decorate with the oreo pieces.

Bake for around 20 minutes.

Take it out from the mold and place it in a rack or you can eat it when it’s still warm and melted on the inside (yummy yummy)
