KALE CHIPS (gluten free)

Today’s recipe is an easy, healthy and delicious snack.



Since I discovered kale I’ve been obsessed. I put kale in everything, salads, pasta, smoothies… But I really loved this recipe, it’s crispy and the flavor is softer (I almost got my sister to eat it!)




Ingredients:
2 kale leaves in pieces (without thick stems)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven at 180ºC (356ºF)
Wash the leaves and dry it carefully (this step is very important, if they are not perfectly dried it can ruin the final result)
Blend with the oil.
Distribute them on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they’re crispy.
Take them out from the oven and season to taste.




Serve them warm.
