APPLE MINI MUFFINS

For today, this easy muffins recipe. They are very smooth and they flew at home.



Ingredients (18 mini muffins/9 regular muffins):
195 g flour
160 g sugar
125 ml oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 egg
1 apple and a half (peeled and chopped)
Brown sugar

Preheat oven at 180ºC (350ºF) and prepare the paper liners in the pan.



Start mixing dry ingredients (flour, salt, bicarbonate and cinnamon), sift and reserve.

After that mix the sugar, the egg, the vanilla and the oils until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add dry ingredients and mix. Finally add the apple.

Fill the paper liners, about 1/2-3/4 of its capacity.


Sprinkle brown sugar and bake them for 20-25 minutes or until a tooth stick comes out clean.


Take out the pan from the oven, let them settle for 5 minutes and put them on a rack to cool down.
