HUMMUS (gluten free)

Well, I know that this recipe is not a bakery recipe, but I also like cooking other things, and my friends Maria and Mireia really wanted to have the recipe, so I decided to share it with you too. 
As you’ll see is very easy, you can prepare it in advance and is perfect for appetizer or sharing.




Ingredients
500 g of boiled chickpeas (17.6 oz.) 
The juice of half of a lemon 
2 tablespoons of olive oil 
1 teaspoon of salt 
½ teaspoon of tahini 
Paprika 




Drain the chickpeas. 
Put the chickpeas, the oil, the lemon and the salt in the blender glass. 
Blend until it gets creamy. 
Add more salt if necessary and the species. 
Place it in a suitable recipient and dust the paprika, 
Let it cool down in the fridge and you can serve it with toasts, pita bread, breadsticks or what you prefer.
