GRANOLA (gluten free)

* Caution: people with high intolerance to gluten con have undesirable effects also with oats

Today I bring you the easiest granola recipe ever.



It’s perfect for yogurt or on its own anytime.



You can modify the ingredients to taste and add other nuts, dried fruits or chocolate chips. 


Ingredients:
200 g rolled oats (7 oz.)
45 g almonds (1.6 oz.)
40 g flax seeds (1.4 oz.)
40 g pumpkin seeds (1.4 oz.)
6 tablespoons honey
1-tablespoon ground cinnamon


Preheat oven at 145ºC (290ºC).

Put the honey in a pot to warm.


Mix the rest of the ingredients and add the honey.

With a spoon, distribute intro two trays with baking sheets.


Bake for 50 minutes and stir every 15 minutes.


Let it cool and store in jars or other glass recipient.
