FRENCH TOASTS

I love French toasts, especially for breakfast or brunch.
But for breakfast I feel too lazy and for brunch, here anyone would do it.



So I decided to make them for dessert.

Ingredients (for 4):
2 bread slices
1 egg
¼ cup of milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon to taste
Butter/margarine

Cut the slices in two.
Beat the egg with the milk, the vanilla and the cinnamon.
Soak the toasts in the mixture.
Put the toasts in a hot pan with butter/margarine, until they get golden.

You can serve them with anything you like, fruit, maple syrup, chocolate or bacon (my favorites!)
