FILLED MINI CROISSANTS

The lack of time is making me think of quick recipes.



The last one was this, and it was great!
It’s really easy and you can use as many fillings as you like.





Ingredients:
1 round sheet of puff pastry
8 teaspoons of filling (cocoa cream, jam, pastry cream…)
1 beaten egg

Preheat the oven at 180ºC (356ºF)

Cut into 8 equal pieces (or try it, because as you can see mine are not very equal)
Make a little cut in the middle.
Put the filling.
Rolled the dough.




Paint them with the egg and bake for 15 minutes.




Take them out from the oven and let it cool on a rack, or eat them hot, they are delicious.




Once they’re cooled, you can put them a few seconds in the toaster and they get like they were just baked.
