EASTER DEVILED EGGS (gluten free)

Today’s recipe is very easy and you’ll impress everyone.


I’ve also got lots of ideas for Easter and I’ll do as much as I can.
But, for now, try this one and I hope you like it.



Ingredients:
5 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
½ teaspoon of mustard
½ teaspoon of paprika
Pepper to taste
Water
Vinegar
Liquid/gel/paste colorants

Remove the shells of the eggs and cut in halves.




Take out the yolks and reserve.

Fill ¾ of a glass with water, one tablespoon of vinegar and colorant (if you use gel or paste colorants with a very small amount will work). Fill as many glasses as colors you want to use.
Immerse the egg whites in the water and leave it 20 minutes, the longer you leave it the brightest color you’ll get.



Prepare the filling: mix the yolks, the mayo, the mustard, the paprika and the pepper using a fork.




Take out the whites and put it on absorbent paper.


Put the filling in a piping bag and fill the egg whites.




And these easy and colorful eggs are ready!
