DARK CHOCOLATE TARTS WITH MIXED BERRIES (gluten free option)

Today I bring a delicious and easy recipe.


Too easy.


You won’t be able to resist the temptation of making it.


Ingredients:
Base:
30 chocolate sandwich cookies (you can use gluten free cookies)
55 g of butter (2 oz.)
55 g of chopped dark chocolate (2 oz.)

Filling:
200 ml of heavy cream
150 g of chopped dark chocolate (5.3 oz.)

Mixed berries


To prepare the base, grind the cookies, melt the butter with the chocolate and mix everything.

When the dough is homogeneous, make the crust in a nonstick mold (detachable if you want to take it out)

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Now prepare the filling. Put the chocolate and the cream in a pot and heat until it’s properly blended.



Pour the blend over the base.


Let it chill for a few minutes and place the berries.



Refrigerate for a few hours (or as much as you can, in my case it was just an hour)
