COOKIES WITH M&MS AND WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS

These weeks are being crazy, lab work, exams…. And the worst exams are yet to come, but I’ve managed to write this awesome recipe.
These cookies were for my boyfriend's birthday and I improvised them adding some of his favorite things. The texture was perfect, soft and crunchy on the outside.

Ingredients:
120 g butter (4.2 oz)
100 g brown sugar (3.5 oz)
100 g white sugar (3.5 oz)
1 egg L
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200 g flour (7 oz)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt
100 g white chocolate chips (3.5 oz)
100 g of M&Ms (3.5 oz)

Mix the flour, the salt and the baking powder.
Beat the butter with both types of sugar, and when it’s creamy add the egg and vanilla extract and beat again.
Add the dry ingredients.
Finally add the chips and M&Ms and mix.

Preheat the oven at 180ºC (356ºF).

Put portions of the same size, on a baking paper, and 1 cm o thickness.

Bake them for 15 minutes, take them of and let it cool on a racket.

Hope you like ‘em!
