CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

I finally have time to make things!

So I ‘ve prepared this super easy and fast recipe, with just 2 ingredients and it’s delicious.


Plus is one of the lightest mousse recipes you can make, as it doesn’t contain cream, condensed milk, or sugar, just egg and chocolate.

It’s approximately, 30 g of chocolate for each egg, for the quantity I used I made 5 glasses like the ones you can see in the pictures.


Ingredients:
120 g chocolate (4.2 oz.)
4 eggs (whites and yolks separated)


Melt the chocolate and let it cool down a bit.
Add the yolks and mix well.
Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks (it’s important to beat them enough, otherwise the bubbles will break)
Add the chocolate with the yolks to the whites and stir gently so you don’t break the bubbles.

Finally, distribute the mousse among the glasses and refrigerate 3 hours.
