CHOCOLATE CRÈME BRÛLÉE

After trying the classical crème brûlée I couldn’t help adding chocolate.
So I made this recipe, which is very similar but with chocolate.
I hope you like it as much as I did!

Ingredients (4-6 servings):
4 egg yolks
130 g sugar (4,6 oz.) (+ more sugar for the top)
200 ml cream
130 ml milk
100 g chocolate (3,5 oz.)

Preheat oven at 150ºC (300ºF).
Melt the chocolate with the cream and the milk.
Beat the yolks and the sugar in a big heat-resistant bowl.
Pour the chocolate cream on the yolks and stir until it gets homogeneous.
Distribute into the recipients.
Pour hot water in a big dish and place the ramekins.
Bake them for about 40 minutes (center must be creamy and borders set).
Take them out from the oven and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Sprinkle enough sugar to cover the surface and put it in the oven grill until the sugar gets brown use the blowtorch if you have one.

Don´t forget that temperatures and times for the oven may be different in another oven.

Take them out from the oven and let them set for 5 minutes.
