CHOCOLATE CREAMY PIE

I don’t know how I came of with this idea…but it’s SO addictive!

If you like chocolate you need to try this one and it’s super easy.

The only problem is that you have to wait for a few hours before eating the cake and in addiction to your own suffering you’ll have to be watching so no one tries to eat it!
So here is the recipe:

Ingredients (22 cm mold (8,66 inches)):
Base:
200 g digestive cookies (crushed) (7 oz.)
60 g butter (2.1 oz.)
100 g chocolate (3.5 oz)

Cream:
350 g chocolate (12.3 oz.)
350 ml heavy cream
1 tablespoon of corn syrup (you can use 3 tablespoon of granulated sugar instead)

First, cover the mold with baking paper (I cut it into 4 so it is easier to remove)

For the base, melt the chocolate with the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies.
Put the mixture in the mold, squash and refrigerate for an hour.

After this time, prepare the chocolate cream. Mix the chocolate with half of the heavy cream (175 ml) and let it cool down a bit.
Whip the rest of the heavy cream with corn syrup (or sugar).
Add the chocolate mixture to the whipped cream and stir gently.

Pour it over the base and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

Before serving, remove from the mold carefully and it’s ready!
