CHOCOLATE COOKIES


Today I have a very easy recipe that you can try during the weekend. These cookies were INCREDIBLE, they had been a total success with everybody and they are made so quickly. 



Ingredients:
150 g butter (5.3 oz.)
200 g flour (7 oz.)
50 g unsweetened cocoa powder (1.8 oz.)
150 g dark chocolate (5.3 oz.)
180 g brown sugar (6.3 oz.)
1 egg L
1 teaspoon of baking powder
150 g chocolate chips (I used 100 of dark chocolate y 50 of white chocolate) (5.3 oz.) 



Mix the flour, the cocoa and the baking powder.
Melt the chocolate and let it rest.
Beat the butter with the sugar, and when it’s creamy add the egg and beat again.
Add the chocolate, mix it and add the dry ingredients.
Finally add the chips and mix.

Preheat the oven at 180ºC (356ºF).

Put portions of the size you want, on a baking paper, and 1 cm o thickness.

Bake them for 15 minutes, take them of and let it cool on a racket. 



Or instead you can take one from the oven and eat it, just like I did: this was how it looked. I obviously, burnt my fingers and mouth but it was totally worth it!
