CHAMPAGNE JELLY (gluten free)

I hope you’re all having perfect Holidays.
The recipe I suggest you I made it a few months ago for a sweet table and was very successful, but I think is perfect for New Year’s Eve.

This way you can say goodbye to the year in a more creative way.
You can use champagne or any other drink you like.

Ingredients (for 12 small glasses)
400 ml of champagne
8 g of powder jelly
1/3 of cup of sugar
Raspberries for decoration (I put two per glass)

Heat 200 ml of champagne with the sugar until it dissolves and take it out from the heat.
Mix the remaining 200 ml of champagne with the jelly.
Mix everything together, stir and serve in the glasses.




Finally, put the raspberries.




Let it cool down at room temperature and then, refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
