BONBONS

As I told you on my last post I’m going to show you how to make bonbons. 



You’ll need:

  • Tempered chocolate

  • The filling you prefer ( I used Nutella, ganache and ganache with cookies)

  • Chocolate mold

  • Spatula



  • First, fill the mold.


    Turn the mold and empty it. 


    With the spatula remove the remains. Hit gently the mold to break the small bubbles and put it in the fridge. 



    When it solidifies, put the filling and cool it down again. 



    Finally fill the rest of the mold, and smooth the surface with the spatula. Hit it gently and cool it down. 


    Let it in the fridge for about two hours, remove them from the mold and keep them in a close recipient, in the fridge or a cool place.
