SOUFFLÉ EGGS (gluten free)

Today I have an original and super easy recipe for you.


Soufflé eggs can be prepared for breakfast, appetizer, side dish, main dish or what you want.

There are countless options to prepare them; I made them in a toast with cheese cream and smoked salmon. 




Ingredients (for 2):
2 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
A few drops of lemon juice

Preheat oven at 200ºC (392ºF).
Beat the whites with the lemon drops to stiff peaks.
Divide the whites into two parts and place them in a recipient suitable for oven.
Introduce the yolks in the center of the whites.
Bake for 4 minutes.

And it’s ready!
