BERRIES SMOOTHIE (gluten free)

Well, Christmas is over and I’m sure that some of you have exceeded with food and drink.
That’s why today I suggest you this recipe, that as well as being healthy it’s delicious and you can make it in just 5 minutes.



This smoothie also has a beautiful color, it’s full of antioxidants and it’s suitable for gluten intolerants, lactose intolerants, vegans…

Ingredients:
½ cup of frozen mixed berries
½ cup of almond milk (you can use any other vegetable milk)
Half banana, chopped
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Put al the ingredients in the blender, and blend until creamy.

And it’s ready to enjoy!
