BERRIES ICE CREAM WITHOUT MACHINE (gluten free)

Hot weather is already here and that’s why I want to share this recipe with you, that not only is refreshing, but quick and you don’t need ice-cream machine.



In less than 10 minutes this delicious ice cream is ready, and if you use the fruit frozen, you can even eat it directly.


Ingredients:
250 g of frozen assorted berries (8.8 oz.)
250 g of natural Greek yoghourt (8.8 oz.)
1 tablespoon of agave syrup (or to taste)

Put all the ingredients in the blender glass and blend at maximum potency until it gets creamy.



Now, you can take it just like this, or leave in in the freezer so it freezes properly, for a couple of hours.
