BANANA AND MELON SMOOTHIE (gluten free)

This week I’m really stressed with my exams and I didn’t have time to write the cupcakes’ recipe. 

But I wanted to post something.
Plus here, has suddenly arrived really hot weather and it feels like cold things, I bring you this quickly recipe of banana and melon smoothie. 


I though of this recipe to substitute my uncontrolled intake of cookies in the afternoon for something healthier, and it appears to have worked, today I just ate one!

So I encourage you to try this quick and healthy recipe.


Ingredients (one serving):
1 banana (peeled, chopped and frozen)
1 slice of melon (peeled, chopped and frozen)
¼ cup of cold water
½ of crushed ice

Blend all the ingredients with the blender until it gets creamy (I first used a food processor and then the blender).

Serve in the moment.


So that’s it, easy, isn’t it?
