AVOCADO BROWNIES

I guess when you’ll read avocado brownies you won’t feel very attracted by it.
However, you wouldn’t taste the avocado at all, and it gets a fantastic moist texture.

Plus, you substitute the butter fat with the healthy fat from the avocado.

Ingredients (20cmx20cm mold):
150 g of pureed avocado (5.3 oz.)
180 g of dark chocolate (6.3 oz.)
3 eggs
60 g of white sugar (2.1 oz.)
60 g of brown sugar (2.1 oz.)
90 g of flour (3.2 oz.)
1 teaspoon of pure cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
A handful of white chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 180º (356ºF) and cover the mold with baking sheet.

Melt the chocolate (bain-marie or in the microwave very carefully)
Beat the eggs with the sugar until it gets foamy.
Add the chocolate, mix and add the avocado.
Add the flour, the baking soda and the cocoa, previously sifted, little by little.

Pour the dough in the mold.

Bake for around 20-25 minutes.

Take it out from the mold and place it in a rack or you can eat it when it’s still warm and melted on the inside
